Charlotte is a project coordinator with Taalcentrum-VU’s language policy section. This involves planning and organising all our assessment-related activities for VU Amsterdam. Her job encompasses the university’s Dutch and English language tests for first-year students, the TOEFL ITP test for students starting an English-taught degree, and the C1 qualification for VU lecturers who teach in English. Charlotte lives in Amsterdam but was raised on the other side of the world: in the Paraguayan capital Asunción, to be precise. In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book – often in Spanish – and eating out with friends or family.
