Terms and Conditions for Participation in Training Courses

The course fee includes all course materials, as well as lunch and refreshments, where applicable. No VAT is charged on this amount. As we are registered in the Central Register Short Vocational Education (CRKBO), all our training courses are exempt from VAT. You will receive an invoice for the course fee. This must be paid within 30 days of receipt.

If you cancel within two weeks prior to the start of a training course, we will charge you the full fee if you are a B2B customer and 50% if you are a consumer. Please note: We only accept cancellations notified to us by email (and not by phone). You may transfer your confirmation of registration to someone else, if necessary. The course will only proceed if there are sufficient participants. The NRTO general terms and conditions also apply to our training courses.

Terms and conditions, copyright and property rights

• Taalcentrum-VU’s general terms and conditions apply to all Taalcentrum-VU training courses. By registering for this training course, you agree to our general terms and conditions, which are those of the Dutch Council for Training and Education (NRTO). They are available in English here.
• The course materials developed by Taalcentrum-VU are the property of Taalcentrum-VU. This includes programmes, syllabuses, checklists and exercises with answers both in print and in digital format (for example in our online learning environment). These materials may not be used for any other purpose than your course. Taalcentrum-VU copyright applies to the course materials.
• This of course does not apply to the rights to books and generally available learning materials that we use in our courses.
